1 ⅓ c brown sugar
¼ c butter
¼ c milk
1 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter and milk in medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Transfer to mixer bowl and beat. It will thicken as it cools. Spread on cooled cake.
