Mama Lane's Meatloaf Recipe

2 lbs. Ground beef
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Italian Bread crumbs
1 Onion, chopped
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 lg Egg
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Ketchup

Preheat ove to 350ºF

Directions:
1. In large bowl mix all ingredients well. This will take kneading with your hands.
2. Place mixture in a 9x13 cake pan.
3. Cook in a 350ºF oven for 1 hour.
4. Drain off grease from time to time during the cooking process.
5. The last 10 minutes of cooking, drain off grease and add Ketchup to the top like frosting and continue baking.

This is great as a meal with other comfort foods. Very good in meatloaf sandwiches the next day.
