2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. milk
1 egg beaten
1/3 c. veg. oil
3/4 c.mashed banana
1/2 c.chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Make well in center.
Mix together milk, egg, oil, banana, and nuts.
Pour into well, mix batter just until moistened, do not over mix.
Spoon batter into cups.
Bake til toothpick comes out clean. About 15 min.
