1/3 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. paprika
dash of salt
1 broiler-fryer, cut up
4 T. margarine
2 c. potato slices, 1/2"
3/4 c. green onion, sliced
2 chicken bouillon cubes or chicken broth
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Shake chicken in flour and brown in margarine. Put chicken in center of pan. Arrange potato slices around chicken . Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle sliced green onion over all. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; pour over chicken. Cover and simmer about 35 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and potatoes to warm plate. Stir sour cream into pan drippings. Cook and stir until heated thoroughly. Serve with the chicken and potatoes.
