Dough:
2 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast

1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1egg
1 1/2 t. salt
6 to 7 c. flour

Filling:
1 1/2# hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 small head raw cabbage, chopped (4 c.)
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and yeast.

Combine remaining dough ingredients and mix until dough is smooth. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.

Filling:
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain off liquid; add cabbage. Add water and salt.and pepper. Simmer until cabbage is cooked. Cool completely before using.

Roll dough in small or medium squares; add some of the hamburger mixture to.each square of dough. Fold and seal the edges (like packets). Place om.greased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes or until light brown on top like rolls.

These are so good with soup on a cold winter get day. If you have leftovers, just wrap in foil (when cool) and freeze individually.
