3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine the eggs, salt, flour and milk
Blend for 1 or 2 seconds
Scrape the sides of the blender
Blend again for 30 seconds
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
In a muffin pan, heat 1/2 tsp of grease until smokey (important)
Blend batter again for 30 seconds
Pour into muffin pan (3/4 full)
Bake 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 375
Bake for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy
