1 (3# 8 oz.) can salted peanuts, ground

Cake:
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. hot water
1 t. vanil!a
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Glaze:
1 (2#) bag powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk, (may take more)
3 T. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Beat well; add hot water last and stir. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 325º for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. When cool, cut into squares.

Makes 18 to 24 squares.

Glaze:
Glaze should be thin. Dip cake squares in glaze and then roll in ground, salted peanuts.

A can of peanuts makes about 48 squares.

The Peanut Rolls can be individually wrapped and stored in the freezer.
