2 lb. pack hash brown potatoes thawed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion chopped
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 10¾ can cream of chicken
2 c. crushed corn flakes cereal
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, in bowl. In separate bowl thaw hash browns. Combine hash browns and soup mixture and cheese. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over casserole. Bake at 350º for 1½ hr. Check at 1 hour and cover with foil if need be.
