1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonaise
1/2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. salt
2/3 c. drained pineapple
1/3 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 c. whipped cream

Dressing:
1/4 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. orange juice
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and mayonaise. Add lemon juice, salt and fruit. Folding whipped cream. Place in freezing tray and freeze approximately 2 hours. Serve on lettuce with cooked fruit salad dressing.


Dressing:
Heat fruit juice in top of double boiler. Combine eggs and sugar. Beat well and add fruit juices. Cool until thIck. When ready to serve, add whipped cream. You can cool this dressing and store in jar in refrigerator for future use.
