Crust ingredients:
2 c. all -purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine, cut up

Topping ingredients:
1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
1 - 8 oz. pkg. toffee chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine.flour, sugar and salt in large bowl; cut I 3/4 c. Butter thoroughly with a pastry blender until mixture resembles very fine crumbs. Press mixture evenly.into greased 13 x 9 pan, using a piece of plastic wrap to press crumbs mixture firmly in pan. Bake at 350º for 17- 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg, vanilla, pecans, and toffee chips in a bowl and.Mix together. When crust has pre-baked, spread this mixture gently.on top of hot crust. Return to oven and bake an additional 25-35 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
