1 c plus 2 tbsp. flour
1 c plus 2 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp. oil
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs, milk and oil in a blender. Add salt and flour and blend well. Place in the fridge for awhile.(This isn't necessary, but they are fluffier if done).
Place in well greased muffin tins and put in a cold oven. Turn the oven to 425 and bake approximately 30 minutes.

These are so easy to make and are a favorite served with roast beef and delicious gravy.

Make sure the muffin tins are greased very well with spray oil or you can put about 1 tsp of oil in each muffin cup and spread it around the bottom and sides.
