1 1/2 c. chopped onion
3 T. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 (32oz)pkg frozen southern style hash browns thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a med saucepan with cooking spray.place over med heat until hot.
Add onion and sauté 3 min or til tender.
Add flour, mustard, salt, and stir well and cook 1 more min.Remove from heat, slowly add milk and broth stirring with wire whisk until blended.
Cook over med heat 5 min. or til thickened.Stir constantly.
Remove from heat add cheeses and pepper stirring til cheeses melt.Stir in sour cream.

Combine cheese mixture and potatoes and mix well.
Spoon into a 13x9x2 inch pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 35 min.
Uncover and bake an additional 35 min
