Boneless Pork Ribs
Raisins
Dried Fruits like Apricots, Dates, Pineapple
Can of Apple Pie Slices
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a foil lined baking pan which is large enough to fit the meat in 1 layer. Salt and pepper both sides of the meat. Distribute fruit on top then cover with apple pie slices. Bring foil up over top and seal or cover. Bake at 275º until meat is tender.
