½ lb Boneless Sirloin...........................................pkg Frozen Mini Ravioli***
2 Tbsp Flour........................................................2 cans Beef Broth
2 Tbsp Butter......................................................28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Celery Stalk......................................................1 Cup Water
1 Carrot...............................................................½ tsp Salt
3 Cloves Garlic....................................................Pepper, Thyme, Basil, Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into small cubes and toss in the flour. Melt butter in a large heavy pot and brown the meat. Remove meat and add the vegetables and garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add all ingredients except ravioli and cook until meat and vegetables are tender. To thicken, combine
2 Tbsp Flour, 1 Tbsp Corn Starch with 2 Tbsp Water and stir until smooth then stir into soup and heat until thickened. A few minutes before serving add the ravioli*** and cook until done.
***You may substitute tortellini. Serve with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
