2 LBS. Ground Beef, Turkey or Chicken
• 2 LBS. Spaghetti (broken or whole)
• 1 each Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper (Chopped small)
• 1 Medium Yellow, White or Red Onion) (Chopped small)
• 1 Small Bag (approximately 7) Carrots (Chopped small)
• 1 Medium Head Cabbage (Chopped fine)
• 1 Small Bag (approximately 1 Stalk) (Chopped small)
• ¼ cup Soy Sauce
• ¼ cup Oyster Sauce
• 8 TBSP Ground Pepper
• 2 TBSP Salt
• 8 TBSP Garlic Powder or Grated Raw Garlic Clove
• 4 TBSP Thyme
• 6 TBSP Oregano
• ½ cup Olive Oil

Directions:
• Sautee/toss all vegetables together in Olive Oil (Keep Crisp, Do Not Overcook,) medium heat
• Cook ground meat under medium heat and add all dry ingredients (salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, garlic) and soy sauce.
• When meat is browned, drain fat and discard fat
• Cook spaghetti to firm (al dente’), approximately 7-9 minutes ( not overcooked), then strain with cool water to stop cooking
• Add Oyster sauce to spaghetti and lightly toss
• In a large bowl, add sauteed vegetables, meat, then spaghetti and toss together
• If needed add extra salt, pepper and olive oil (to taste)
• Serve and Enjoy!

He is the son of the late Kenya Dammons. Rhashaad began cooking while in the Marines. He continued to pursue his joy of cooking while he was employed on a cruise ship and lived for a few years in Hawaii. Now living and working on a resort in Colorado, Rhashaad continues to stir up dishes for us to enjoy.
