Ingredients:

½ cup Vegetable Oil
1 lb Ground Beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium minced or chopped garlic clove
4 oz. fine noodles (uncooked)
1 16 oz. can whole tomatoes (include juice)
1 chopped green pepper
2 chopped celery sticks (about ½ cup)
1 small can corn (drained)
3 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 can Cream of Mushroom or Celery Soup
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil then brown ground beef
While cooking, add all ingredients (except cheese and soup) with the noodles being added last.
Mix well.
Pour this meat, vegetable and noodle mixture in a large casserole dish (1-2 quarts), and add soup
Spread evenly and cover the dish with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
Remove foil and spread cheese on top.
Bake for another 5 mins. or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Remove from oven and let stand for about 5 mins. then serve with Garlic Toast for Corn Bread!
