½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Layer in order on a platter:
Lettuce
Celery, chopped
Red onion slice very thin
Dressing
Mozzarella cheese or cheese of choice
Bacon, fried crisp and broken
