2 T. unsalted butter
2 T. brown sugar
½ tsp. kosher salt
½ c. blanched whole almonds
½ c. whole cashews
½ c. roasted, unsalted peanuts
½ c. pecan halves
¼ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. cumin
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 T. fresh rosemary leaves, roughly chopped

Melt butter and sugar in large skillet over medium heat. Add salt. Add almonds, cashews, peanuts, pecans, chili powder, cinnamon, cumin and cayenne. Cook until the sugar is melted and the nuts are fragrant - 5 to 6 minutes. Add the rosemary and toss. Immediately spread the nut mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cool completely.
