potatoes, peeled and sliced
onion, thinly sliced
flour
salt and pepper
Velveeta
milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Place the potato slices in a baking dish. Add onion slices. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over the potato/onion slices. Mix well to coat. Cut some Velveeta cubes to mix into the potato/onion slices. Pour milk into the baking dish, this won't cover the potato slices. Cut Velveeta slices to cover the potato slices.

3. Bake for about an hour, until potatoes are soft when fork is inserted.

Another childhood recipe. I haven't actually made these in many years. They are a great side for ham.
