2 C sliced apples
2 C pear slices
1 ½ C cranberries
1 C pineapple chunks, save juice
1 T lemon juice
⅓ C brown sugar
1 T maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ stick melted butter
⅓ C chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300º.

2. Toss fruit in large bowl with 1 - 2 tsp lemon juice. Set aside.

3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, spices and maple syrup. Mix in a few tablespoons of pineapple juice.

4. Add sugar/butter mixture to fruit. Mix to coat. Pour into a 9" x 12" baking dish. Pour leftover sugar/butter mixture over the top. Bake 1 hour. Sprinkle with cinnamon.


*** Reheat for 20 minutes on 300º.
