1 can cream corn
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 egg
2 T melted butter
16 saltine crackers, crumbled
¼ C milk
salt and pepper
grated cheddar cheese
1 lb Velveeta, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish (only ½ lb of the Velveeta, cubed). Mix thoroughly.

2. Cover with remaining Velveeta, cut into slices.

3. Bake, uncovered, in a 350º oven for an hour.

Corn pudding made an appearance at all major gatherings in my family. This was a favorite of most of us, but especially of Tim's. Easy to make, and very tasty.
