3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 C grated sharp cheddar
1 C grated Monterey Jack
½ C mayo
½ tsp House seasoning, recipe follows
2 - 3 T pimentos, smashed
1 tsp grated onion
cracked black pepper

House seasoning:

1 C salt
¼ C black pepper
¼ C garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add all the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. It can be used as a dip for cite or as a sandwich filling.

2. Store House seasoning ingredients in airtight container.

I got this recipe from Joanie. It is a great pimento cheese. I do add olives sometime.
