1 C water
Au jus gravy mix
Roast beef from the deli
Sandwich rolls
Swiss cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring the water and the Au jus mix to a slow boil. Turn down the heat to simmer.

2. Slice the rolls in half. Cover half a roll with a Swiss cheese slice, heat under broiler to melt the cheese.

3. Dip about 4 slices of roast beef into the Au Jus gravy to warm through. Put these slices on the rolls with the melted cheese. Serve immediately with some of gravy in a dipping bowl.

These are a favorite sandwich around here. I did a combo of this and Philly cheese steak for Bobby:s birthday one year. He really loved the results.
