2 10 oz. packages frozen spinach
3 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
6 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cups butter or margarine
1/2 cup grated cheese
Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1 large onion chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:

Cook spinach and drain well! Squeeze dry in a towel.
Combine all ingredients and shape into balls.
Freeze on a cookie sheet and after they are frozen, put in a plastic bag to use whenever you want.
To cook:

Place on a greased baking sheet

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes
