1½ lbs. white almond bark (divided)
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring
3 T. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom and sides of 8" x 12" pan with wax paper. Melt 1 lb. (only) of almond bark and the chocolate chips until soft.
Spread one half of this mixture in pan. Refrigerate until set. Allow remaining half of mixture to stand at room temp.
Place remaining ½ lb. of almond bark in microwave to soften. Stir in the peppermint and coloring. Gradually add cream until of spreading consistency. Spread over chilled chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until set. Spread remaining chocolate mixture over mint layer. Cut pieces at room temperature.
