4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 egg
3 T lemon juice
¼ C flour
⅛ tsp each: garlic powder and paprika
¼ C butter
2 tsp chicken bouillon
½ C boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat egg with 1 T lemon juice, in a bowl. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika, in a different bowl.

2. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then flour mixture. Melt butter in skillet, add chicken to brown.

3. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water, add remaining lemon juice, then add to skillet over chicken.

4. Cover, simmer about 20 minutes

This has a wonderful flavor. I have made this recipe for so long, I don't even remember where I got it. I use the remaining flour mixture to make a gravy out of the liquid around the chicken. Serve the gravy over mashed potatoes.
