6 - 8 slices of bacon, cut up
2 cans of mushrooms, drained
½ lb mostaccioli, uncooked
¾ C half and half
⅓ C butter
2 tsp parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
6 - 8 drops hot pepper sauce
⅓ C grated Parmesan
¼ C sliced green onions

1. In medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and set aside. Add mushrooms to the bacon fat. Cook until golden; drain. Set aside.

2. Cook pasta as directed, drain. In same saucepan, combine half and half, butter, garlic, parsley, and hot pepper sauce. Heat just until butter melts, stirring frequently. Add the bacon, mushrooms, hot pasta and Parmesan to this mixture. Toss to coat.

There is nothing healthy about this recipe, but it is SO good! Just don't eat it to often. There are never leftovers when I make this.
