2 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
¾ c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt
¾ c. orange juice
2 eggs
⅓ c. vegetable oil
1 T. grated orange peel
¾ c. chopped cranberries
½ c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour bottom of 9 x 5” loaf pan. Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well and set aside. Beat orange juice, eggs, oil and peel thoroughly. Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until moist. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into pan. Bake 60-70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool.
