1½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
⅔ c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 - 8 ½ oz. can applesauce
¼ c. butter, melted
1½ c. quick cook oats
1 c. raisins
½ c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and eggs. Add melted butter and applesauce. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture above. Stir just until moistened. Put in oatmeal, raisins and nuts and stir. Bake in one large loaf pan or two small loaf pans for 50-60 minutes at 350º.
