1 box pineapple cake mix or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup mandarin oranges (juice and all)

Frosting:
1 med can crushed pineapple
1 box pineapple instant pudding mix
1 medium container cool whip

Directions:
Mix top 4 ingredients together, beat well in mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into 3 greased cake pans (8 in) or dripper pan.

Bake at 350º until the layer test done about 30minute

Frosting: While cake is cooking, pour dry pudding over the pineapple. Stir and let stand until cake is cooled. Blend the whipped topping into the pudding pineapple mix, frost cake.
