1 gallon apple cider
1 orange, peeled and sliced
4 3" cinnamon sticks
2 Tablespoons grated orange zest (colored outside of peel)
1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
1/2 tablespoon ground or grated nutmeg

In large saucepan combine ingredients over low heat, bring to a simmering. Serve warm in mugs or punch cups; if desired garnish with additional cinnamon sticks. Serves 16
