Cake:
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 box (3 ½ oz) instant vanilla pudding
2/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 can Dr. Pepper

Frosting:
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
¼ cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 box powder sugar
1 cup chopped pecans (fine)

Cake:
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix and oil, beat until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each one. Add Dr. Pepper, vanilla, and pecans. Mix well.
- Pour into Bundt pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
- Cook 10 minutes then turn cake onto cake holder. Cool completely.

Frosting:
- Beat cream cheese, butter, cocoa, and vanilla. Add powder sugar, slowly, until lightly fluffy. Fold in pecans.
- Frost cooled cake.
