1 fryer (2 1/2 lbs)
1 green pepper diced
1 cup cashew nuts
1 onion, chopped
1 6 oz can bamboo shouts chopped
1 sliced ginger root
1 red pepper diced

For dredge:
1 T sugar
1/2 T Msg
1 T Sesame Oil
1 T Salt
1 T Soy Sauce
! T cornstarch
1 cut chicken meat raw from bones

Directions:
Directions:
Add dredging ingredients except cornstarch and sesame oil. Sprinkle vegetables with 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1 T msg, 1 T sugar and set aside.

Heat wok on stand over high heat until it begins to smoke. Add 2 T oil and vegetables. Stir to coat evenly with oil and remove from pan.
