1 pkg. Chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
4 green onions, sliced
½ green pepper, diced(¾ cup)
12 pimento stuffed olives, sliced
1-6 oz. Jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
¾ tsp. Curry powder
⅓ cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Prepare Rice-A-roni according to pkg. Directions. In large mixing bowl add cooked rice and let cool. Add green onions, peppers, and olives. Drain artichoke hearts, reserve liquid. In small mixing bowl combine marinade, curry and mayo and mix well. Add artichokes and dressing to the rice mixture and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
