3 large baking potatoes washed, dried and cut into eighths wedges lengthwise
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.

Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a small bowl. Place potatoes in a large bowl and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle spice mixture over potatoes and toss to cover evenly.

Place potatoes skin down on a baking sheet lined with either foil or parchment that has been sprayed with cooking oil.

Bake potatoes in the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove potatoes from oven to stir thoroughly-- turning so the skin is showing on some or most of them.

Bake for another 20 minutes or so, until potatoes are fork tender and golden brown.
