2 pounds winter squash
1 tbsp. garlic powder.
1 tbsp. onion power
½ tsp. smoked paprika
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Peel squash and cut into 3/4 inch cubes.

Combine all the spices in a small bowl.

Place cut squash in a bowl and spray with cooking oil spray. Toss squash with spice mixture to spread spices evenly.

Place on a foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until fork tender.

A mixture of varieties is beautiful. Try combining butternut, acorn, winter and patty pan squashes.
