1 1/2 pound ground chicken
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup and 2 tbsp .crumbled blue cheese
1 extra large egg
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
6 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the chicken, bread crumbs, blude cheese, egg, onion, and wing sauce in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.

Form into 6 patties and place between sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap.
Place into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight for best results.

Preheat outdoor grill to mediurm-high heat and lightly oil grate

Cook the patties until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 3 minutes per side

Serve with toasted hamburger buns.
