1/2 c. margarine
1c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
1/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. wite raisins
1/2 c. angle flake cocoanut
1/2 c. chopped red and green candied pineapple

Sift flour, salt, soda. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and vanilla to creamed mixture and stir well. Add the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 1-2 hurs before baking. Drop by teaspoonful fulls on greased baking sheet for approximately 10 minutes. Take out when light brown._do not overbake.
