2 T. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 egg, beaten
3 c. miniature colored marshmallows
1 c. nuts
1 small package coconuts
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate chips and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in one beaten egg. Cool.
Mix the marshmallows and nuts.
Cover waxed paper with coconut. Spread chocolate mixture on coconut. Add the marshmallows and nuts and form into a roll, covered with coconut.
Refrigerate until firm enough to slice.
