1 pkg. imitation crab meat, shredded
2 C. Italian bread crumbs
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 C. heavy cream
2 C. chicken stock
¼ C. melted butter plus a little more to drizzle on mushrooms
dash of cajun seasoning
dash of celery salt
1 C. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Remove stems from cleaned mushrooms. Fill with stuffing. Drizzle a little melted butter on each mushroom. Put under broiler for about 5 minutes or slightly browned. Watch closely.
