2 large jars of your favorite pasta sauce
1 box matzah
2 medium onions, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
4 oz. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Layer sheets of dry matzah in baking dish.
Cover with sauce, then veggies, then cheese.
Make several layers.
End with sauce and cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes.

This was Matthew's favorite during Passover.
Can be made a meat based dish by adding ground beef, sausage, or meat based pasta sauce.
