4 - 4 1/2 lbs. no bone in trimmed brisket
2 Tablespoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon onion power
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground coarse ground or pepper corns
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons soy sauce

Mix and spread all ingredients except the brisket. Then trim your brisket of all fat. Take a cooking bag and place your brisket inside then pour all other ingredients on top of brisket. Place in icebox and allow meat to be sit in this Marinade. Allow meat to set in marinade for at least 24 hours. It can be marinaded longer if needed. When you are ready to cook drain off excess liquid.

Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours in the cooking bag. Last 1/2 hour you can open the cooking bag and place BBQ sauce about 1/2 cup. Finish baking. Open cooking bag and let cool before serving.
