4 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup chopped fresh dill (optional) or dried

Directions:

Whisk together yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add in the fresh dill, if using.
Drizzle onto your favorite salads or roasted vegetables.
