1 c. sour cream (or whipping cream)
1/4 tsp. Lawry seasoning salt
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
dash of Tabasco

Mix until blended, serve chilled with beef. If using whipping cream, whip into soft peaks before blending ingredients.
