1 onion, sliced
1 lb. Sliced mushrooms
4 T. Butter
4 T. Flour
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
3 T. Sherry
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion and mushroom in butter 3 minutes. Stir in flour, cook 3 minutes. Add broth and cream. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sherry. Garnish with nutmeg and parsley.
