1 stick unsalted butter melted
1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar minus 2 Tablespoons
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup packed cooked corn (I like to use fresh if I can find)

Grease muffin tins and fill

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until starting to brown.

I like to use the pan that I bought for pop ups (Yorkshire Pudding)-- then you only get 6. These are really good. I have tried to reduce the sugar but you really can't reduce it much.
