RELISH:

2 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon finely chopped red onion
1 teaspoon EVOO olive oit
8 ounces steamed, peeled and deveined shrimp coarsely chopped

SOUP:
2 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth
1 and 3/4 cups (about 2) chopped avocado
1 cup water
1 cup rinsed and drained canned navy beans
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 small jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare relish, combining first 5 ingredients in small bowl, tossing gently.

Combine broth and next 9 ingredients through the jalapeno in a blender--puree until smooth--scraping sides. Ladle 1 and 1/4 cup avocado mixture into each bowl. Top with 1/4 cup shrimp mixture and 1 Tsp cheese.
