2-28 oz. Canned cut and peeled tomatoes
1 onion, cut in chunks
1 green pepper, cut in chunks
1 cucumber, cut in chunks
4 cups vegetable juice
1 t. garlic powder
½ tsp. Ground Cumin
1 t. salt
1-14½ oz. Beef broth
4 drops Tabasco Sauce
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
½ t. black pepper
¼ cup Olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except oil and vinegar. Cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in oil and vinegar. Serve with garlic croutons.
