4 thick slices bacon, diced
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup onion, diced
4 hot dogs, thinly sliced
2-15 oz. cans pork’n beans
1-14½ oz. can diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 bay leaf
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
In 5 quart saucepan, on med-high heat, fry bacon until almost crisp, add celery and onions, saute about 3 minutes. Add hot dogs and cook about 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat to med-low, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
