1 pound Sharp cheddar cheese grated
between 3/4 and a whole cup of mayonnaise
2-3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup chopped pecans (toasted if you like)
1 medium to large onion chopped finely or grated
1 tsp Tabasco or to taste

Crackers

Strawberry Jam

This can easily be doubled.

Mix all 6 ingredients throughly. Shape into a ring with your hands onto a holiday serving plate and refrigerate overnight.

Fill center of the ring with the strawberry jam to serve with crackers.

This is delicious. If you have leftover, once again shape remaining cheese mixture into a much smaller cheese ring and serve.
